SERVICES INCLUDED

All prices are VAT inclusive and include the consumption of electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, final cleaning (except for the kitchenette), bed linen and 1 towel per person, with change once a week, and parking. Customers must bring more towels and kitchen linen.

BESIDES

Swimming Pool
A freshwater pool (14 x 6,40 mt – unique depth 1,50 mt), with an integrated children's section (depth 50 cm). Sun beds by the pool are freely accessible. 

Beach
A private beach, with 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella per apartment, is in front of the residence, immediately beyond the swimming pool.

Children
The playground next to the swimming pool is at complete disposal of adults and children.

Internet
To the delight of the entire family, Residence Florida has a Wi-Fi coverage including both apartments and public areas.

Washing Machines
A useful and free laundry with 2 washing machines is available on the ground floor, next to the reception.

Elevator
We are equipped with a fast elevator for up to 8 people, which will bring you from the ground to the 7th floor.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

- Tourist tax: 1,50 euro/person per night, for people over 13.
- Cots (5,00 euro per day), high chairs and child seats (2,00 euro per day) and bed rails (2 euro per day) are available on request: they must be requested in advance, at the reservation.
- Extra beach umbrella with 2 sunbeds: 10,00 euro per day.
- Small pets are welcome! Please, inform in advance our reservation service of the presence of your pet.
The cost is 6 euro per day. For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in the swimming pool and private beach areas. Only 300 mt from Residence Florida, 2 beach services provide a beach partially reserved to dogs.

DEPOSIT
Deposit: 150,00 euros (cash, only), are requested upon arrival and returned upon departure, after a quick check.
